The gear pump consists of two gears, the pump body and the front and rear covers to form two enclosed spaces. As the gears rotate, the volume of space on the side of the gear displacement increases from small to large, creating a vacuum to suck in the liquid, and the volume of space on the side of the gear engagement increases the larger it becomes smaller, and the liquid is pushed into the pipeline. The intake cavity and the ejection cavity are separated by the engagement line of the two gears. The pressure at the output of the gear pump depends solely on the resistance at the pump output.
The gear pump is simple and compact in construction, small, light, good in manufacturability, cheap in price, strong in self-priming, insensitive to oil pollution, large in speed range, able to withstand shock loads, convenient in maintenance and reliable in operation. The gear pump is a rotary pump that depends on the change and movement of the work volume formed between the pump cylinder and the combing gear to transport liquid or put pressure on it.
The control valve consists of two main assemblies: valve body assembly and actuator assembly (or actuator system), which are divided into four series: single seat series regulating valve, double seat series regulating valve, sleeve cylinder series regulating valve and automatic series regulating valve.
