A solenoid valve is a valve that is opened or closed by electromagnetic force. For use on gas or liquid routes. There are many structures and types, but the principle of action is basically the same.
What is the working principle of the solenoid valve?
What are the specific classifications of solenoid valves?
What is the function of the solenoid valve?
Inside the solenoid valve is a closed cavity. The center of the cavity is the piston and the two sides of the cavity are two electromagnets. Once the electromagnet coil is excited, the valve body is attracted towards the electrified electromagnet. There are through holes connected to different oil lines, so that part of the oil outlet hole can be selected to open by controlling the movement of the valve body; Since the oil inlet hole is in a normally open state, the movement of the valve body causes the hydraulic oil to enter various oil outlet pipes. The pressure of the oil presses on the piston of the cylinder, which in turn presses the piston rod, which drives the mechanism. Using this principle, the function of controlling the mechanical movement can be realized by controlling the switching on and off of the electromagnet.
1. Working principle of direct acting solenoid valve: When excited, the solenoid coil generates an electromagnetic force, which directly attracts the valve core and displaces the valve core. When the current is switched off, the electromagnetic force disappears and the valve core is reset by the spring.
2. The working principle of distributed direct acting solenoid valve: It is a combination of direct acting and pre-controlled. Normally closed, when there is no pressure difference between inlet and outlet, the electromagnetic force after switching on directly opens the pilot hole to connect the main valve, and the piston in turn lifts and the valve opens; When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference after switching on, the electromagnetic force is first. When the pilot hole is opened, the pressure in the upper chamber of the main valve piston falls, so that the pressure difference and the electromagnetic force are used to pull the main piston, and the valve opening opens; When the power supply is off, the pilot hole is closed by the spring reset, the upper chamber of the main piston is pressurized, and the main piston is pressed down, the valve closes. Normally open is the opposite of normally closed.
Solenoid valves are used in industrial control systems to adjust direction, flow, speed and other parameters of the medium. The solenoid valve can be combined with different circuits to achieve the desired control, and the control accuracy and flexibility can be guaranteed.
In the solenoid valve, there is a closed cavity with through holes in different positions, each hole is connected to a different oil pipe, the center of the cavity is a piston, and the two sides are two electromagnets.
