The travel motor is equipped with a high-pressure automatic variable device. When the high-speed gear is engaged, the circuit is connected to the manual transmission port to supply oil, and the transmission valve is pushed to the left, so that the motor becomes a small displacement; if the driving resistance increases, the oil pressure rises to When the value is set, the oil pushes the shift valve to the right, and the motor automatically changes to a low-speed gear with a large displacement to increase the torque. Therefore, the motor can automatically change gears as the walking resistance changes.
(1) Open the one-way valve, and the hydraulic oil enters the right chamber of the travel motor.
(2) The hydraulic oil enters the balance valve through the orifice and moves it to the left to connect the brake oil circuit to release the brake. This action also connects the return oil circuit of the motor B port.
(3) The hydraulic oil enters the buffer piston cavity through the middle orifice of the safety valve, and pushes the buffer piston to the left. If the system pressure exceeds the set pressure of the safety valve (10.2MPa) at this time, the safety valve will open instantly to play a buffering role.
(4) If the travel motor overspeeds (such as when going downhill) and the pump cannot supply oil in time, the pressure at port A will be reduced, the balance valve will move to the right under the action of the spring force, and the oil return channel of the motor will be closed, thereby limiting the speed of the motor.
Cause Analysis
1. The oil pipe of the traveling motor of the 8-type machine is directly connected to the traveling motor from the rotary center joint. During assembly, due to the assembly angle, the oil pipe may be twisted or the assembly angle may be different.
2. It is precisely because the seal of the pipe joint is a special cone seal, so the angle or twist difference occurs during assembly, which in turn causes the machine to leak oil after a period of use.
Disposal method
After such an oil leakage fault occurs, just loosen the oil pipe connector of the rotary center and the travel motor, and then shake the oil pipe a few times by hand to make the cone seals of the connection parts at both ends of the oil pipe completely close together. At this time, re-tighten the pipe joint.
